COVID-19 Update:

As the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases increases throughout the nation, OVS is frequently re-evaluating the situation, keeping in mind our employees and our customers' well-being. We have therefore decided to enter stage 2 of our preventive strategy.

We are processing and shipping all eCommerce orders.  OVS locations and warehouses are considered essential businesses during these challenging times in order to keep agriculture going.  However, only essential personnel will be present at our facilities. All others including our outside sales force have been instructed to work remotely using secure VPN connections and can be reached via their cell phone and/or email.  

Our team is working to meet your business needs and to provide you with the latest product availability. It is also a good idea to consider placing forward looking orders now so we can better manage our supplies and vendors  - and meet your critical delivery times down the road.

With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) now considered a pandemic we want to emphasize that customer and employee well-being is at the top of our priority list. 
Orchard Valley Supply is taking extra measures to give you and our personnel a peace-of-mind during this time of uncertainty as we continue with business operations as usual.

In order to minimize exposure we are taking the following precautionary actions:

• We are providing all our stores with the necessary supply of disinfectant materials and we’re increasing the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts in high traffic areas.
• We’ve instructed all employees to wash their hands frequently, practice social distancing, and to stay at home if they are sick and are experiencing flu-like symptoms until they are cleared by a medical professional to return to work.
• Pausing all non-essential work travel between all OVS locations. Your deliveries will not be affected.

As we move through this time of uncertainty we want to assure you that all OVS locations are operating under regular business hours and our team is actively reaching out to our suppliers to guarantee delivery of all orders to the best of our ability. At this time, all items are in-stock for your agricultural needs. Deliveries are not being affected and should arrive as scheduled. If you encounter any logistical issues with your orders, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately.
