Returns Policy
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached for apparel items.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at info@orchardvalleysupply.com and with your order number in the subject line. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email.
Return Process
- Request return via email to info@orchardvalleysupply.com within 30 days of delivery
- You'll receive return shipping instructions and/or approval for return shipping costs
- Ship item back in original packaging, following provided instructions
- Once received, we'll inspect and process eligible returns
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For approved returns of non-defective items, refund will be purchase price minus original shipping costs and return shipping costs
- For approved defective item returns, refund includes purchase price and all shipping costs
Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of returned item to process refund. You'll be notified by email once completed.
Defective Products
If an item is defective or not as ordered, please contact info@orchardvalleysupply.com to initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Approved defective returns receive full refund including shipping costs.
