Orchard Valley Supply accommodates tax-exempt customers including qualifying businesses, agricultural operations, non-profits, and government entities. To have tax exemption applied to your account, simply submit your valid tax exemption certificate to us directly.
How to Apply
Email your completed tax exemption certificate to info@orchardvalleysupply.com. Please submit your certificate prior to placing your order, as tax exemption cannot be applied retroactively. Once received and verified, tax exemption will be applied to your account.
Important: State Requirements
Tax exemption is applied on a per-state basis. Your exemption certificate must match both your billing and shipping state for exemption to be applied to an order.
- If you ship to a state different from your billing state, a separate exemption certificate for that state is required.
- Orders shipping to a state for which we do not have a valid exemption certificate on file will be subject to applicable sales tax.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide valid and current exemption certificates for all states they ship to.
